Steel House was contracted by Resource Commercial Real Estate to perform a facelift on their existing structural steel that supported the old AHU unit for the Surgery Center. The engineer on this project made some poor calculations, but Steel House was able to re-fabricate our structure onsite to quickly fix what could have been a costly change order. This platform has a catwalk that overlooks a river, which made installation tricky.
